vUSCG SAR Skills Games

The vUSCG SAR Skills is  portrayed as a chance for friendly competition and a chance at winning the coveted Best District Overall Award. Friendly rivalry provides the opportunity for the pilots to perform at their peak while arousing their competitive spirit. This is a great  morale builder and certainly a good way to blow your own horn and build comradeship. Every year we endeavor to hold the games in different locations throughout the United States. Representatives from each District are given 4 different scenarios which they rotate through and compete against the clock. Bonus points are also awarded for proper procedures.

The original concept of the SAR Games was developed in 2007 and has been adopted in 2008 as our  "Official SAREX Day". The Management and Staff look forward to many more exciting events in the years to come.

As we proceed onwards with the SAR Skills Games District Members will be honored here on the "Wall of Fame" for bragging rights until next years competition!
