The vUSCG Personnel Command is responsible for overseeing all personnel issues within the vUSCG.  This  involves all applications for new recruits and their processing. CG-06 will be the main contact for personnel issues and will submit any related discretions to HQ for approval.

The Personnel Command (CG-06) oversees the maintenance of the vUSCG's SOPs /Regulations and VATSIM Rules and Regualtions in consultation with Chieft Adim Law Judge (CAJL), call sign CG -01J. The CAJL will be the main Judge in personnel issues and his report will be reviewed by top HQ on all disciplinary or any other related actions to any infractions that may have occurred. Final decisions on areas of operations/infractions will be made by the owners and HQ members of the vUSCG in a consultative process.
